Description
Rulon® W2 – A black PTFE based material that has been developed for use in fresh- water applications. Rulon® W2 exhibits properties that are
enhanced when wet, demonstrates excellent wear characteristics, a low friction (one of the lowest wear rates in fresh-water) and good thermal dissipation.
Rulon® W2 is compatible with most metal substrates and soft mating surfaces. It is a good alternative to Rulon® J when superior chemical
resistance is required. However, it should not be used on very soft mating surfaces or where electrical insulation is desired.
