Rulon® J – Dull gold in colour, it has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of most reinforced PTFE materials. Ideally suited for stop/start
applications where stick slip is a problem. The tribological properties of Rulon® J also make it suitable for wear and bearing component applications.
Rulon® J – is an all-polymeric reinforced PTFE compound that operates exceptionally well against soft mating surfaces such as 316 stainless
steel, aluminium, mild steel, brass and many other types of plastic. This special ‘shaft friendly’ material is low in friction and wear
as well as being self-lubricating.
